Maurix AI ("we", "us") is a websites and AI automation studio based in Mumbai, India. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, work email, company or website, what you need, your budget range and your message.
- Call bookings: if you book a call, the booking service collects your name, email and the time you choose.
- WhatsApp: if you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your number and your messages.
- Analytics: anonymous page-view statistics. We don't use advertising trackers, and our analytics doesn't use cookies.
Why we use it
Only to reply to you, understand your project, prepare a scope and quote, and run the project if you hire us. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Services that process it for us
- Web3Forms delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
- Cal.com handles call bookings.
- Vercel hosts this website and provides anonymous analytics.
- Google Workspace handles our email and calendar.
- WhatsApp (Meta) handles WhatsApp messages.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to reply to you or deliver your project, and to meet any legal or accounting obligations. After that we delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@maurixai.com. We'll reply within 30 days. These rights apply under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and, if you're in the EU or UK, under the GDPR.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
